Passed NCLEX 75 Question

PASSED NCLEX 75 QUESTION

By  Penelope Hil

I joined this wonderful group just 30 days
I graduated school in August 2019 passed NCLEX with 75 questions  SATA 😡at least 45-50 on 11/6/2019 :God did it! To say through family dilemma and just every day stresses.
Now, I used UWORLD(friend bless me with her account),Hurst (school set us up)and listened to Mark K audio
I did like 25 questions at intervals x4-5/day
Please practice SATA, know transfers;delegations,EKG basic how to id and what to do next,
Pheochromocytoma;what to look for(HTN)
Drag/drop in order :GI assessment,” ask about tenderness/discomfort “part of assessment. Parkinson, antipsychotic Meds ;side effects, etc. Lab values basic”male HCT (my question was like 32 hct;my flag /mind knew too low for a male )
4 Drug calculations:mUnit(Pitocin)
Peds dose;basic
1st/2nd/3rd preventions (that was a SATA for me for 1st prevention (mammogram, bicycling, etc)
Where to inject for best IM injection(on a diagram) assignment when a RN flows to another unit.
Oh yes, when it cut off on 75questions: I left “feeling so defeated 😕”;so many SATA, I cried.
I truly believe the Hurst/Uworld questions are much harder than NCLEX
Study /practice questions/listen to audio ;PRAY and just believe!
Mark K audio brings a lot of understanding simply put:
I am so proud and Truly thankful to say I am a RN (
Was LPN for 27yrs) Read the questions and choices several times
Hope it encourages someone
Remember everyone NCLEX questions may be different
But it’s like Mark K and Hurst lady says” NCLEX lady wants to know you are a safe nurse and know what everybody else knows (a new nurse)
